It is in a Leatherette Quilted Stitched Design.  Fastens with a Flap over Clasp Fastening and faux lock and key (Design only).  Gold Tone Metal work.  When opened, features velvet interior.  The Lid is for Necklaces and Chains and holds 8 Holders and full length pocket to keep them from tangling. The box features 5 separate hole earring holders for larger earrings, a flap compartment for stud earrings which lifts up to reveal a 9 separate small compartments for smaller items, rings etc.  A ring holder which holds lots of rings.  A bracelet or Watch Cushion holder compartment.
